APPLICABLE TO STUDENTS
OF DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC
AND THEIR PARENTS/ GUARDIANS
DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC is a comprehensive non-medical sports rehabilitation program for People of Determination - kids with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism and so on. Regular classes on the DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC programs are effective and very motivating for children and young people, allowing them to start living an active and interesting life.
Our goal is to make the life of families with special children active.
Our sports activities are ROLLER SKATING, ALPINE SKIING, WALL CLIMBING and WATER SPORTS.
Our main principles are safety, individual approach and the formation of the mindset of the winner.
REGISTRATION
Registration shall be completed once the following steps have been submitted:
1. Completed registration form including the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Picking and payment of a membership package.
3. Payment for the relevant term/season.
Admission will be subject to the availability of a place at the requested training location. The enrollment of a student will be only considered as confirmed upon a written confirmation sent to the parents/guardians. The sibling’s discount of 10% will be applied for the second child and for the third. This discount should be applied to further children only when all siblings are registered at the same time.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The membership package fee and the payment of the terms are not refundable under any cancellation circumstances. That means that in case the student has enrolled for a full term/session but cancels during the first term, the student will be charged the full-term fee.
A refund will be applicable only in the case of a serious medical condition that prohibits that student from participating for more than 1 week in the training and which condition has been established by providing a medical certificate.
A bank charge of 3% will be deducted for approved refunds if payments were made by credit card.
Confirmed registration can be canceled and the total of the payments will be refunded using the original mode of payment when notice is provided to DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC on admin@dreamleague.ae at a minimum of 14 days before the start of the relevant term/session.
GENERAL
DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC reserves the right to place students in the correct age category or in an alternate age category based on the skills level as determined by the coaches as well as canceling a course, changing the term schedule or location for a necessary reason. If the wish of a change of location is mentioned, we will do our best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee that there will be availability.
No makeup sessions will be offered for missed classes without any notice/communication and all classes will be conducted in English. If your child has any symptoms of a cold, flu, or fever, has a cough, temperature, breathing difficulty, respiratory disease, or immunodeficiency, please do not bring them to the session for their safety.
Training sessions are done in closed sessions reserved for the students, their parents/guardians, and identified friends and family members. Any video recording or photography during the training session by parents and third parties without permit from DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC is strictly prohibited. Neither you nor the participant shall disclose or use any aspect of our course for commercial purposes.
The students or the parent(s)/guardian(s) (in case of minor participant) grant DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC the worldwide right without approval or compensation, to use the participant’s name, photographic or video image or likeness for its reasonable commercial purposes such as newspaper or magazine ads and online social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram etc).
LIABILITY
Parents and students agree to always maintain and exercise courtesy while on training sessions and while interacting with the DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC Staff and other parents and students. DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC reserves the right to restrain the access and remove any student who behaves improperly or abusively towards him/herself or other persons, has been involved in fraudulent activity, or otherwise interferes with the normal running of the training process.
DATA PROTECTION. PRIVACY POLICY
All information students provide will stay confidential and will be shared only on a “need-to-know” basis.
DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC reserves the right to contact the student to demand proof of their true age by supplying a photocopy of their official identity card or an equivalent document. If the student does not provide the requested documentation, DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC can refuse to provide the services to the Student.
SECURITY
The parents/guardians need to make sure that the student is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and will not hold DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC, its officers, agents, or employees, responsible for any damage, loss of property, injury and any other harm occurring to the student or caused by the student during such training sessions
MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC reserve the right to modify or add to these Terms and Conditions
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by UAE law.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the UAE.
DREAM LEAGUE RECREATION SERVICES LLC reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who undertakes any kind of act that could be considered an infringement of the present terms and conditions.
