Dima joined Dream League in December 2019, with decades of experience in various sports. Since that time, he has worked with more than 50 special kids in alpine skiing, rollerblading, rock climbing, and volleyball. He prefers working with special kids because they have more vivid and pure emotions. Among the parents Dima is known for his patience, ability to find an individual approach, and to find solutions even in the most challenging cases.
Ksenia has been with Dream League since its very first day. With a background in coaching regional teams and national champions in adaptive sports, she brought a deep passion and unmatched expertise to the program. Before joining Dream League, she led the regional team in VIRTUS (INAS), working with athletes with intellectual disabilities, and trained para-athletes in alpine skiing. Over the years, she has supported hundreds of children with physical, mental, and social challenges. Ksenia is known for her thoughtful and personalized approach—focusing on safety, comfort, and steady progress. Her goal is simple: to help every child discover their strengths, build confidence, and fall in love with sports for life
Hardly visually impaired from his early childhood, Mike faced challenges in participating in active sports, impacting various aspects of his young life. However, he persistently sought to incorporate sports into his life. In his subsequent career, Mike became the co-owner of a sports club, organized sports tournaments, and contributed to the Olympic and Paralympic Games. With a desire to help special kids lead active and joyful lives, Mike decided to introduce the Dream League program to GCC countries.
